ここにあるものは、13のエピソードを受け止めるためのスクリーンである。しかし同時にこれらは作者によって2002年頃から2024年までに、それぞれ別の目的のために作られた絵画や写真でもある。パフォーマンスのために召喚されたこれらの絵画や写真は、事前に開催されたワークショップ「今まで誰にも話したことのない個人的な出来事を書き記す」で語られた、匿名の13名13個のエピソードを、スクリーンとなって受け止める。これまで伏せら語られてこなかった個別のエピソードが、スクリーンの浮かび上がり、語り直された声は空間に響き渡る。別の個人史の中に、別の個人史が介入し、別の声で語り直される。現れては消え、うつされてゆく。半公共空間で行われたパフォーマンスの記録である。
What we see here are screens for receiving thirteen personal episodes. At the same time, however, they are paintings and photographs created by the artist between around 2002 and 2024, each originally made for a different purpose.Summoned for this performance, these paintings and photographs become screens onto which thirteen episodes by thirteen anonymous individuals are projected. The episodes were gathered through a workshop held beforehand, titled “Writing Down a Personal Experience You Have Never Told Anyone Before.”These individual episodes, previously kept private and left untold, emerge on the screens, while the voices that retell them reverberate through the space. One personal history enters into another, and is retold in another voice.They appear and disappear, passing from one surface, one history, and one voice to another.This work is a record of a performance held in a semi-public space.
